They will recommend a conference suite or syndicate room suitable for your event including room layouts, accommodation and facilities based on your requirements. They will discuss all arrangements with you and make sure that everything you're looking for is provided before, during and after the event, including essentials like travel details for your delegates, equipment food and drink.
